Once contacted, the support service inquiry is routed to an applicable technician. Townsgate Closing Services provides personnel for coverage of outages using various alert devices that automatically notify Townsgate Closing Services technical personnel when an outage transpires. Support Services shall include responding to the technical questions of users regarding our systems. The Help Desk technician will generate an appropriate incident ticket that Townsgate Closing Services will categorize based upon the nature and severity of the issue that has been reported.
